Training

FitzGerald Lawyers offers a dynamic exciting training program.  Trainees work directly with lead partners on a wide variety of matters ranging from banking and finance, corporate, dispute resolution to employment and intellectual property. Through our Asia-Pacific footprint we are able to provide trainees with a truly international experience. Our trainees are empowered from the start to make real contributions to client matters – giving them direct and practical hands-on experience, while encouraging lateral thinking and problem solving. We take 1 trainee solicitor each year. Our next intake is September 2022. We offer competitive salaries/benefits and aim to retain all of our trainees upon completion of their training contracts. Candidates should hold an upper second class law degree (2:1 or equivalent). Chinese is not a requirement but is a distinct advantage, as are other languages. 

Internships

FitzGerald Lawyers offers summer intern placements.  Internships are generally for four weeks. Interns work directly with partners and other senior lawyers.  Applications for Northern hemisphere summer 2021 are now open.
